Please remember there will be 🚫 NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS tomorrow, or Monday, March 17th, 2025. Students will return on Tuesday, March 18th, and may begin entering the building at 7:45 am. We hope that all of our families have a safe, relaxing, long weekend! 🍀

🥫 Our Student Counsel will be hosting a Canned Food Drive to benefit The Corner Table. The collection will run until April 4th. Our competition will be between classes and grade levels. The winning class that collects the most items will win a pizza party, and the grade level with the most will win extra recess.

‼️CHANGE IN OPERATION‼️ ATTENTION Shuford Parents - there's been a change in operation today, Thursday, February 20th, 2025 and Newton-Conover City Schools will operate on a REMOTE LEARNING DAY for Students. Kid Connection will remain on a 2-hour delay at North Newton. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding for all factors considered to make this decision for the safety of all students, families, and staff.

Attention Shuford Families 🦉 Out of an abundance of caution due to predicted overnight/early morning precipitation and below freezing temperatures, Newton-Conover City Schools & Kid Connection will operate on a 2-hour delay for Students and Staff on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Students may begin entering the building at 9:45 am.
