Shuford's Spelling Bee 🐝 2025
On Monday, December 15th, Shuford Elementary held its annual School Spelling Bee 🐝that included 20 students, two students from each class in grades 3rd through 5th, including their individual class's winner and runner-up. We are so proud of all of this year's participants.
This year's Bee lasted 18 Rounds and ended with the championship word, democracy, which Charlotte King, a 5th-grade student from Mrs. White's class, correctly spelled.
Charlotte, pictured above, will continue to the District's Spelling Bee, along with four other students who will represent Shuford as the Top 5 Spellers.
